IS IT PERSONALISED?

Yes, our monthly coaching packages are based on the information you give us in your application and from our communication with you we will design your workouts and tailor your nutritional advice.

WHAT RESULTS CAN I EXPECT?

As with anything in life, if you put the effort in then results will follow. Based on this, as long as you are willing to work hard then you will see results.

We're not short term transformation coaches, if that's what you want we're not the coaches for you.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE ME STICK TO IT?

We'll be on hand via email and instant messenger if you need us.

We also have regular check in's with all of our online clients to make sure you're OK and see how we can support you. 

Don't forget the Wellbeing-Project Facebook community will be there for you too. 

IS IT VALUE FOR MONEY?

Yes.

Online coaching is a great option for anybody who would like to work with a personal trainer but can't realistically afford that.

You're getting qualified personal trainers and nutrition coaches working with us. We have put all our knowledge and experience into this programme and we really want you to love working with us.

HOW LONG UNTIL I SEE RESULTS?

We advise our clients they are likely to see results within three months, we feel this is a suitable amount of time for you to see progress both in your abilities, energy levels and how you feel generally.

HOW DO I ACCESS THE WORKOUTS?

You'll access these from our App straight onto your smart phone or PC. There's more detailed information on this included in your welcome pack.

IS THE WELLBEING-PROJECT SUITABLE FOR BEGINNERS? 

Yes, our Starter Package is perfect for anybody who is new to exercise or who wants to start an exercise programme for the first time.

It includes easy to follow workouts and nutritional advice.

CAN I SIGN UP IF I HAVE AN INJURY?

In theory yes.

It would depend on the situation and we would be able to assess this better during our initial screening of your application and any subsequent telephone consultations.

IS THE WELLBEING-PROJECT SUITABLE FOR BEGINNERS? 

Yes, our monthly coaching packages are designed around you, if your new to exercise or want to start an exercise programme for the first time we will support you to do that.

All exercises come with descriptions and demonstrations to help you get started no matter what your ability or knowledge.

CAN I SIGN UP IF I HAVE AN INJURY?

We will always try our best to accommodate you if you have or have had an injury which has prevented you from exercising.

We would be able to assess this better during our initial screening of your application and any subsequent telephone consultations.

ARE THE WORKOUTS GYM BASED OR CAN I DO THEM AT HOME?

I TRAVEL A LOT, WILL IT STILL WORK FOR ME?

Our monthly coaching packages offer you the option to either have gym workouts, body weight workouts you can do at home or outside or a combination of the two.

We don't see why not.

We design workouts based on your needs and if we need to factor in your travel and work commitments, we can do that.

We'll work with you to ensure you still get a decent workout whilst you're on the go. 

WHAT DOES THE NUTRITION COACHING INVOLVE?

WHEN CAN I START?

Once you fill out our application form we will be in touch within 24 hours to go through our coaching in more detail.

Once you've signed up and paid we'll have you on the system within 48 hours.

The key word here is 'coaching'. Rather than give you a diet plan or ask you to adhere to strict protocols, we focus on your behaviours around food and nutrition and help you understand how this affects your goals. Our aim is to help you to develop awareness around your relationship with food, as opposed to telling you what we want you to do.
